Established to centralize all existing maintenance groups under one management, Technoman Contracting is the construction arm of HGC that oversees its developments. It operates in 3 sectors consisting of MEP, civil construction and steel structures. Apart from contracting, Technoman also offers project management services, representing the client on the site.​
